Private Health Insurance
Private health funds provide a rebate for most health services, depending on your fund and your level of cover. Upon payment of your account, you will be issued with a receipt to present to your health fund.
Medicare Care Plans
Some chronic conditions are subsidised by Medicare. Discuss options with your GP. All Medicare Health Care Plans need to be finalised and forwarded to Better Start prior to a consultation with your speech pathologist. Upon payment of your account, please present your receipt to Medicare to receive your eligible rebate.
NDIS
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) offers children with a disability financial assistance for services deemed necessary in their Early Intervention Plan. We support children with plans that are SELF MANAGED or PLAN MANAGED. NDIS Plans need to be provided prior to receiving consultations. Centrelink
The Carers Allowance is a payment available through Centrelink for families with children who meet their criteria as a child with a disability.
